この度、東京画廊＋BTAP (北京)では中国人作家・朱存偉による「異化の思考/ Thinking of Alienation」を開催いたします。
朱存偉は1972年中国江蘇省桐山市生まれ、1966年に南京師範大学美術学部を卒業。現在も南京を拠点に制作活動を行なっています。
2007年に南京にある幕府山（Mufushan）藝術区にアトリエを移して以来、朱存偉は上海や南京で個展・グループ展に参加してきました。本展は作家『2011 Radical Exchange』展（南京）、そして中国の13都市を巡回した『Mercedes Smart Urban Journey』展に参加して以来初めて北京での個展となります。今回は約20点の作品を展示致します。
彼の独特な表現は、長年のアニメーションデザインの経験と多様なデザインに込められた集約的且つ多様なテーマによって生み出されています。朱の作品の色彩感覚と精密さは、グラフィックデザインになぞらえられますが、彼のユーモラスな芸術言語は喪失感や絶望感の追憶を作品に植え付けるのです。
朱の具象的アプローチと独特な構図は、異化的な視点、さらに理想と現実生活の葛藤によって映し出されます。そして、彼の描くイメージは中国の伝統や現代的な画法により主観的な表現に集約されていきます。イメージの細部を通して、観る者は異化されたテーマやそれらの隠喩的な意味を描こうとする作家の意図を読み解くことができます。一見不穏さが漂うディテールは、私たちの社会や日常生活に存在する矛盾や、異化された現象を見る者に自覚させるのです。
「異化とは、私の制作アプローチを通して行われる、文化的、科学的社会からの観察です。私たちの現在の生活環境では、異化は遍在的にすべての分野に影響を及ぼしています。さらに、この異化から発生する現象は私たちの生活環境に影響を与え続けています。抑圧によって引き起こされた異化は、人類が誇りにしてきた文明、発展、開発、進展、無限の欲望の副産物です。私が願っているのは、私の作品が拡大鏡となること、そして、現代人がそれを手に取って世界を観察するように促すことです。「異化が私たちの未来にとって何を意味するのか」という質問を添えて。 」 朱存偉
Tokyo Gallery +BTAP presents Zhu Cun-wei’s Solo Exhibition “Thinking of Alienation” in Beijing.
Zhu Cun-wei, born in 1972, Tongshan, Xuzhou, in Jiangsu Province, graduated in 1996 from the art department of Nanjing Normal University, is currently living and working in Nanjing.
Since his studio has relocated to Mufushan art district in 2007, Zhu Cun-wei have participated in solo and group exhibitions in Shanghai and Nanjing. This exhibition is the first solo exhibition in Beijing since his 2011 Radical Change (Nanjing) and his participating of Benz Smart Urban Art Journey touring thirteen cities in China. This exhibition consists of more than 20 pieces of his artworks.
Years of design experience in animation and its intensive yet diversified subjects in design formulates his unique creative style. Although Zhu’s work embodies the color sense and accuracy one associates with graphic design, yet his humorous artistic language purposefully instills a reminiscent loss and hopelessness.
Zhu Cunwei’s figurative representation approach and his unique composition convey the artist’s alienated observation and reflections incurred from ideals and real life. His images tend to focus on subjective representation by infusing traditional Chinese and contemporary painting techniques. Through the details on these images, the viewer may decipher the artist’s intension of portraying the alienated subjects and their metaphorical meanings. Such seemingly disturbing details allow the audience to realize the contradictions and alienated phenomenon in our society and everyday life.

Alienation is my observation from the development of our cultural and scientific society through my creative approaches. Within our present living environment, this alienation has ubiquitously affected every field. Moreover, the phenomena transpired from this alienation continue to affect our living environment. Alienation incurred by oppression is the byproduct of civilization, development, progress and boundless desires that humanity has been proud of. I hope to encourage the contemporary to pick up a magnifying glass to observe the world around us through my artworks, with the question, “What does this alienation suggest for our future?” Zhu Cun-wei
朱存伟个展 "异化的思考"

东京画廊+BTAP将于北京举办中国艺术家朱存伟个展《异化的思考／Thinking of Alienation》。
朱存伟，1972年生于中国江苏省徐州铜山，1996年毕业于南京师范大学美术系。现工作生活于南京。
自2007年将工作室搬至南京的幕府山艺术区后，朱存伟在上海、南京等地举办了个展、联展。此次展览是继艺术家2011年《激变－朱存伟个展（南京）》以及2010年应邀参加《奔驰Smart都市艺术之旅》中国十三城市巡展之后在北京的首次个展。此次展览内容包括了艺术家20多件作品。
多年的动画设计经验和艺术家常年对高强度设计内容多样化的驾驭形成了朱存伟独特的创作风格。从作品中可以捕捉到富有设计的色彩感和精确的细节描写，幽默诙谐的绘画语言，与此同时在作品背后有意识残留下的一丝令人回味的失落和无奈。
朱存伟的作品以写实的表现手法和独具新意的布局安排，传达了艺术家对理想和现实世界中产生的异化的观察和深入思考。画面的表达上侧重于直观呈现，融合了中国传统和当代的绘画技巧，使作品从表面的整体印象通过细心观察，体会到艺术家对变异生物细节的刻画和作品中隐喻的表达方式。从而使我们在那些貌似不和谐的细节中找到人文社会和现实生活中充满矛盾和变异的现象。

“异化是我通过创作想表达的一个自己对人文和科学社会的发展所进行的一个观察。在我们当下生活的环境中这种异化的现象几乎涉及到了生活中的每一个领域。这种由异化演变出来的各种现象也在持续的发展和影响着我们生活的环境。由“挤压”所产生的“异化”也是人类引以为豪的文明，进步和发展以及无尽的欲望所带来的副作用产物。我希望通过自己的作品使现代人拿起放大镜细心观察我们周围的世界。这种“异化”对我们的未来意味着什么？”
